• Position : Site Manager – OMS (Wind Power)  

  • Job Description / Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Site Management to carry out ONM of large multi location Wind-farms
    • Incharge of all on site operations
    • Auditing & Maintaining the assets of the company at site
    • Coordination with developer for achieving availability targets and consolidating Preparing & submitting the DPR / JMR / Invoices etc. on regular basis
    • To Maintain records properly for related process, breakdowns, material, site schedules and Legal & regulatory affairs in time reporting to HO.
    • Arranging, executing and planning resource mobilization such as contractors / subcontractors / heavy equipments as n when required at site to maintain in-time track schedule.
    • Maintaining strict quality control procedures and conducting regular inspection & testing of works and materials.
    • Maintaining strict EHS norms & guidelines during execution with contractors & subcontractors
    • Resolving any unforeseen problems that may cause delays to the operations
    • Convincing Conversation / Liaisoning capability with government bodies / local farmers / contractor staff for regulatory work as n when required

    Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

    • B.E. Mechanical / Electrical, with 10-12 years of overall experience. Preference will be given to people who have worked in Wind farms in ONM OR Vice-Versa.

  • Job Description / Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for Sourcing / Procurement, Cost Estimation, Vendor Development, Product Development, Materials Planning, Inventory Management.
    • Responsible for implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost and raw materials.
    • Ensuring materials availability at right quantity at right time meeting quality and cost requirements and coordinating in new product development process. Ensuring compliance to quality standards ISO 9001-2000 and maintaining all related documents.
    
    

    Sourcing/ Procurement/ Purchase

    • Managing inventory levels for ensuring ready availability to meet procurement & dispatch targets.

    • Experience in handling large contracts and monitor every sub contract involved from consultants, contractors and suppliers.
    • Should have exposure to contract management, billing, project control and project building.
    • Exposure to FIDIC terms and negotiations of performance guarantee
